Transcript Requests

Written transcript requests are required for all transcripts ordered. Students can either stop by the front office and pick up a "Transcript Request Form" or download the printer friendly version below. Once the request form is filled out please bring it to the office, fax, email or mail it to GBHS directly. A parent signature is required for students under 18. The cost is $3 per transcript.

Former students will receive two transcripts for free, additional transcripts will be subject to the $3 charge. In addition, former students must supply a copy of their driver's license (scan and attach to email or make a photocopy to fax or mail).

Completed transcripts can be picked up in the Main Office at GBHS. If you would like someone to pick them up on your behalf, please indicate this on your request form. If you would like us to mail your completed transcript, please supply a self addressed stamped envelope with your request. Transcripts cannot be emailed at this time.
